Going by the theory, propounded by some at BCC and elsewhere, that those who are most obsessed with chastity and talking about porn often are the ones who have a problem with porn -
I declare all the bloggers (and most of the commentators) at BCC are a bunch of porn addicts.
There's also some problems with porn over at T&A - I mean T&S (yes that joke was a bit too on the nose) - but it's nowhere near as pervasive as the obsession over at Big Consumers of Computer porn.
That explains a lot about BCC, actually, and why they react so vehemently when someone suggests their apostasy might stem from unresolved sins.
[Hmm, that last sentence was almost too mean, even for me. I should probably delete it, but I won't.]

Bingo.
Oh, MC, you are such a tease.
I looked through that BCC porn thread. At least they had the good sense not to comment on the entendre possibilities in Marc Bohn's name, unlike certain other people I could mention.
After conference next month, please write another post to tell us again that people who talk about porn and chastity have moral problems of their own. That would be, like, awesome.

The issue isn't people who "talk about porn and chastity". The issue is that BCC is a cesspool of people who really don't think these things are a major problem. Conference time will indeed be "awesome", as these individuals will once again blather on about how the Brethren are just adding to the "sexual repression" of our people, assert that there's really nothing wrong with masturbation (let alone gay sex), and hint that the new YW value of "virtue" is just horny old men trying to control what young women do with their bodies.
It's coming. Oh, yes, it's coming. You can bet money on it.
Well, I was just going off what many have said at BCC - constantly talking and obsessing about the evils of porn apparently means you have a problem (thus the claim Mormons have a porn problem because they obsess about it so much).
On the other hand, during General Conference, it gets a few mentions but not obsessive coverage. Meanwhile, BCC can't stop talking about it. Who's obsessed? The permafrosters at BCC or the GAs? Methinks the BCCers have the greater obsession.
anonymous2 -
Even though I am an equal opportunity snarker, I will refrain from making the obvious(ly crude) joke about the sentence "It's coming. Oh, yes, it's coming" in a discussion about this particular topic.

I knew I could count on you, Mister Correlation.
